Probe Information Services, Inc. is a nationwide SIU and Investigations company that provides high-level anti-fraud and compliance services. We are a very stable company that is continuing to grow and expand our service territory. We have been providing our superior investigative services to insurance companies, third-party administrators, and self-insurers since 1992.

We are seeking a Front Desk Administrative Assistant to join the HR team in our Citrus Heights Office. This position is full time and for the right candidate, offers an opportunity for growth to develop within the HR Department. Our HR department handles a variety of tasks including but not limited to recruiting, payroll, onboarding, benefits, investigator equipment, account and building management, AR/AP, etc. This individual will have the opportunity to be exposed to and take on duties in many of these areas.

A successful individual will have excellent communication skills and provide prompt, courteous and professional assistance to management, staff, applicants, clients and vendors. They will be a fast learner that is able to switch tasks quickly and have strong work and personal ethics. They must be self-motivated and team oriented with strong organization and computer skills (competent with computer applications such as Excel, Word, Adobe and Outlook).

Duties will include but are not limited to:

Processing, receiving and distributing mail

Posting daily deposits and additional assistance with accounts receivable

Supply maintenance and ordering

Scanning and saving documents to the appropriate files

Answering light phones using a multi-line phone system

Office errands such as post office runs twice a week as well as going to Costco / Walmart for specific office supplies

Various additional duties within the HR departments will include, but are not limited to:

Setting phone screen appointments

Setting up new hire equipment

Assistance with employee welfare activities

Researching new vendors and products and other duties as assigned

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay range: $13-$15/hour depending upon experience

Full time position, must be able to work standard business hours Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5pm
