Experience in customer service and retail is a plus

Knowledge of relevant computer applications

Position Requirements

Answer Internal Inbound and Outbound calls; answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct offices

Take detailed messages and forward calls

Greet customers as soon as they arrive and connect them with the appropriate department

Assist with Solving Problems

Learning appropriate use of policies and procedures

Data collection and entry

Professional behavior with customers and coworkers

Establish and maintain positive working relationships with team members

Develop and maintain knowledge of products and services that we offer

Meets department productivity and quality standards

Maintains safe and clean reception/showroom area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations

Handle incoming and outgoing mail

Copy, file and maintain paper or electronic documents and records

Create and manage both digital and hard copy filing system

Interact with customers by phone, e-mail, letter, fax or face-to-face

Complete order procedures when customers arrive and leave

Take orders and payments from customers

Enter customer data and send correspondence
