Multiple positions open in the Sacramento area for someone who can transfer their people skills to a new position. Looking for a few full-time Customer service agents to join us in helping clients! As a Customer service agent you will be:
1. Going over statements with clients
2. Guiding our clients through the registration process
3. Answering any inquiries that our clients may have
4. Submitting forms for processing to office manager
We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:
Must have good communication skills
Must be polite professional and organized
Dependable, Upbeat, Friendly
Willing to learn new things
We also require:
Be able to work full-time
Have valid ID
Be 18 yrs +
Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
