Currently hiring for full-time Member Service Representative roles for a large credit union in the Sacramento area. Pay is based on experience, and quarterly bonuses offered! Shift start times vary between 5am - 11pm.Responsibilities: Identify and offer products that meet the member's unique financial needs Transact via phone and computer routine financial business as well as open and approve new accounts and auto loans Identify the best products and services to meet the financial needs of our members Maintain up to date knowledge of all credit union products and services Work with internal customers and members to troubleshoot and resolve member inquiries Provide first contact resolution and build lasting member relationships through exceptional service Support members through phone, e-chat and emailing for online banking questions.Qualifications: Proficiency in basic mathematics, ten-key, calculator Be able to demonstrate excellent listening skills with the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections Knowledge and understanding of internet banking solutions preferred Ability to evaluate the accuracy of contact center records and activities preferred Ability to effectively evaluate the quality of member/staff interactions preferred Education: Associate's degree preferred or equivalent experience preferred Experience in a call center preferred Consumer lending experience (auto, RV, boat, MasterCard) preferred About AerotekOur people are everything.
