Growing full service Insurance Agency actively seeking an energetic and and experienced Customer Service Representative looking for a long term career opportunity with advancement opportunity!
This position is currently part-time (25 hours per week) with opportunity for full time in the future if desired.
General duties include:
-Answering phones
-Taking payments
-Setting appointments
-Providing quotes
-Providing overall superior customer service.
Qualified candidates will possess:
-A desire to exceed customer service standards
-1-2 years of experience in the customer service industry (Insurance background is preferred but not required)
-Should be willing to pursue a property and casualty insurance license in the near future (company paid)
Compensation range $15.00-$17.00 an hour DOE plus Bonuses (following a 60 day probationary period)
Hours are from 9am to 3pm with 1 hour lunch (possible flex on hours if needed)
