Currently hiring for a full-time Mechanical Engineer to focus on solidworks design. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Design and develop new products to meet customer needs.- Manipulate existing designs & produce manufacturing drawings for production staff. - Review progress and evaluate results, make changes in processes, design or equipment where necessary. - Lay-out designs based on engineers discussions; create detail and assembly drawings.Requirements include:- 3+ years of design experience - B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or Agricultural Engineering Professional Engineering license, or EIT certificate and commit to obtaining PE license. (A.S. ok)- Proficient in SolidWorks. - Generate BOM's and review them for accuracy. - Knowledge of general design and heavy fabrication methods. - Experience with EPDM preferred. - Must be willing to working on multiple projects at oncePlease forward along a copy of your resume to abarber@aerotek.com for consideration.
