If you're as passionate about your future as we are, join our team.KPMG is currently seeking an Associate to join our Advisory Learning and Development organization.Responsibilities:Play a key role in planning, preparing, monitoring and executing our strategic portfolio curriculum including coordinating with senior stakeholders

Anticipate and provide deployment support and coordination across multiple teams to ensure successful execution (be onsite as needed)

Proactively collaborate and strategize on ways to increase attendance to help drive towards business goals and objectives

Serve as one of the go-to resources for our business stakeholders for the strategic portfolio curriculum, including compelling messaging and portal pages

Help influence the alignment between the strategic portfolio curriculum approach and our learning path strategy through special projects

Qualifications:Minimum one year of recent related experience within a professional services firm or corporate environment

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

Excellent communication and project management skills including ability to anticipate and address the concerns of the business, prioritize competing tasks, apply discretion and escalate risks appropriately

Strong proficiency working in Excel, including but not limited to experience with VLOOKUP's, pivot tables and other formulas

Self-motivated and committed to collaborating remotely with minimal distractions

Ability to travel 15%
