Builds a network willing to participate in the program
Maintains a list of relevant contact
Conducts outreach to using the following methods: networking, internet searching, cold calling, attending relevant events
Attends community events to further network for participation into the program
Develops new ways to identify and conduct outreach
Assists program participants in filling out applications
Assists program participants with their needs
Conducts negotiations on behalf of program participants
Partners with Program Director and Assistant Program Directors to effectively communicate and achieves program goals
Tracks and reports services and outcomes effectively
QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree or 4 years’ experience required.Experience: 2+ years of full time experience leading and/or coordinating teams in a health/social services environment.Required Skills:
Knowledge of federal, state, local laws pertaining to the program
Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team
An understanding and empathy for participants
Ability to take initiative and prioritize
Ability to occasionally attend meetings or viewings outside of normal business hours
Superior organizational and interpersonal skills; position requires the ability to maintain and develop relationships from various environments
The ability to function as a part of a diverse work team
Experience engaging and maintaining strong working relationships with community partners
Ability to develop and evaluate processes and procedures to improve operations
Exceptional strength in strategic thinking, analysis, problem solving, organizational leadership and collaboration
Demonstrated ability to establish and execute defined goals and objectives to ensure compliance with performance measures
Excellent problem resolution skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Compassionate and people oriented
Proficient with MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint
CompensationCompensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role: $50,000 - $65,000 . In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role.
