Epic/Clinical Data Reporting Analyst
Location: REMOTE till 3/2022, after onsite in Sacramento, CA

Job Summary:
Not a Developer role.
Will conduct Epic Triage to determine required resources and solutions needed for clinical reporting.
The Intake Specialist will be the ambassador for IT Health Informatics and will be responsible for customer service, triaging requests, leveraging existing content where possible or transferring the requests to fulfillment staff.
Will be the main point of contact and serve as a subject matter expert for the Health Informatics team.
Working under the direction of the IT Analytics Data Provision Manager, this position is responsible for engaging with stakeholders interested in data and partnering with teams providing data at all levels within medical organization.
Will create and refine processes for triaging enterprise-wide data requests.
Will account for and leverage assets delivered via Business Objects, Tableau, Webi, Epic SlicerDicer, Reporting Workbench reports and Radar dashboards.
Will utilize broad knowledge of organizational structure, operational processes, and reporting tools.
Will work in a team-oriented environment interacting frequently with leadership, managers and supervisors, and affiliate reporting teams.
Must understand complex business challenges and translate them into requirements, be able to estimate project size, and recommend solutions.
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITITES
Experience with Epic EHR reporting tools such as Radar and RWB, and SlicerDicer is a major requirement.
Experience with business intelligence and analytical reporting systems desirable.
Previous SQL development experience desirable.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in health care information technology, computer science, or related area, and/or equivalent combination of experience/training.
Expert in providing high-level support and establishing successful, customer service-oriented relationship with customers.
WORKING HOURS CLARIFICATION
Will be working remotely and can continue being remote after Covid-19 till March 2022.
An out of area candidate is acceptable if they can work within Pacific Time Zone normal working hours.
Working Hours: 8am - 5pm PST (with flexibility of 1 hour within that window).
