Description Lisa Cole with Robert Half is partnering with a reputable healthcare company to find them a Controller to join the team. As the Controller, you will need to lead with integrity and reliability and have the ability to manage self and others with urgency, practicality and accountability when providing client services. The full-time Controller position is situated in the Sacramento, California area.Major responsibilitiesManage monthly and annual close of income statement and balance sheet, the reconciliations of accounts, and G/L analysis
Collaborate with executive team and partners to make efficient and effective firm-wide operation possible
Manage the timing for monthly billing and other cash management techniques to make sure cash collection is on time
Give financial reports to executive committee and partners each month
Produce cash-flow reports, calculating cash needs at weekly and monthly intervals, and manage daily cash
Guide all operations of the finance department, including accounts payable, billings & collections, and payroll
Manage the production of and monthly monitoring of the annual budget and forecasts
Requirements
Responsibilities: 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including as a Controller preferred
BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other business related field
Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic and constantly changing company environment
Experience with FQHC, Community Healthcare or Hospital Accounting
Self-starter and strong ethical standards
