The Executive Assistant (EA) will provide in integral role in supporting the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). As the EA to two executive leaders, this position is highly visible within the organization; providing strategic administrative support, ranging from schedule maintenance for meetings and travel, preparing correspondence, and other general office tasks to name a few. Success in the position is achieved through the following duties & responsibilities:

Field various forms of communications; including calls, emails, etc.

Generate/Type, memos, letters, and other documents as needed

Manage calendar and scheduling of meetings

Manage travel arrangements; including flights, hotel, car, etc., as well as handle all necessary reconciliation related to travel; confirmations, expenses, etc.

Order, collect, send, thank you gifts for clients and customers throughout year and at holiday season

Qualifications:

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent

4+ years’ Executive Assistant experience

Strong knowledge and proficiency of Outlook & Microsoft Office programs (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)

Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and attention to detail

Ability to plan, manage, and prioritize projects and assignments to completion

Ability to maintain confidentiality

Exceptional communication skills and ability to maintain diplomacy

Special Considerations:

Previous experience/knowledge of construction industry a plus
