DescriptionSeeking a Help Desk Representative for a 5 month contract opportunity! As a Help Desk representative, you will provide excellent customer service to a variety of callers in the insurance industry. This will include responding to all website contact requests as well. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail is a must. Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience preferred.
