job summary:

We have a 3 month contract opportunity for a Helpdesk/Desktop Support Technician in Sacramento, CA.

The successful candidate will have a background in both helpdesk and desktop support as well as a technical Degree or Certification.

Job Duties May Include:

-Create and replicate computer software images using "Ghost" and/or other disk/partition imaging tools.

-Assist in the reorganization of the IT work areas, including stocking and inventorying computer equipment and spares. May require repetitive lifting of equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.

-Provide prioritized support and upgrades of hardware, operating systems, and application software. Includes addressing service requests via telephone and in-person in support of computer workstations and associated peripherals.

2+ Years of Helpdesk/Desktop Support professional experience
