Job Description:
Under the Direction of the Deputy Director of Network Integration and Program Compliance, serves as the Requirements Administrator. The Requirements Administrator is responsible for the management of the Civil, Railroad Systems, and High-Speed Rail Trainset’s Technical Requirements Verification and Validation (V&V) process. The Requirements Administrator provides management of the Authority’s technical requirements and requirements administration services using IBM Rational DOORs. Supports the development and deployment of the requirements V&V process across the Authority’s program and different procurement contracts.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
Provides requirements management and administration services to include the support of technical requirement baselining by analyzing the technical standards, Design Criteria, and contracts. Develops and implements IBM Rational DOORs application into the Rail program and provides support to users
Manages day-to-day IBM Rational DOORs operation

Required Skills
Degree in System Engineering, Civil Engineering, Railroad System Engineering, or related field Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on Railroad Infrastructure or system design or construction, or on rolling stock design, manufacturing, or testing. Knowledge on requirements management and administration through requirement management tools. Comfortable in using in MS Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Databases. Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct and adhere to Client’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures. Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by Client’s health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies
