Knighted Ventures is currently seeking an Office Administrator to join our team in our Sacramento office, reporting to the Human Resources (HR) Manager. The ideal candidate will contribute to the success of the business through a variety of administrative activities and close collaboration with the Human Resource department. Independent judgment accompanied by an ability to execute job duties with basic instruction. Execute general administrative activities, including meeting and travel coordination, verbal and written correspondence through large-volume phone calls and emails; mail sorting and distribution to the team; and office inventory management.

Assist with administrative overflow and special projects from other departments as needed.

Act as a liaison with other departments and locations. Interface with all levels of the organization, including the leadership team. Handle confidential and non-routine information.

Co-manage new hire onboarding through assistance with paperwork processing. Coordinate and participate in new hire orientation sessions, as appropriate.

Support the recruiting team with ongoing recruiting efforts across multiple locations: review resumes, conduct phone screens, schedule interviews, and track candidates throughout each step of the recruitment process using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and multi-task.

Strong written and verbal communications.

Positive attitude and mindset - being open to learning and taking on new challenges.

Proficient with MS Word, MS Excel, and Google Suite. Must be comfortable working with spreadsheets.

Education and Experience: 1-2 years of office administrative experience preferred. Call center or recruiting and hiring experience is a plus but not required.

Available to work some weekends.
