3+ Years in diverse roles and increasing responsibilities across business and IT.
Demonstrable experience in engaging executives and other stakeholders to support important business decisions.
Demonstrable knowledge of the product management discipline, either as a product manager or through assisting a more senior product manager.
Basic familiarity with the principles of design thinking, and lean and agile software delivery.
Preferred Skills:
More than three years working in or with lean and agile software delivery teams.
More than three years working with design professionals, within a design thinking process, including as an assistant in the user experience design process.
More than three years of experience as an enterprise architect creating technology integration solutions.
More than three years of experience leading DevOps activities.
Experience authoring at least two IT procurements.

What you can expectThis role will support the products within our Employee Engagement portfolio including Workvivo.
