Works with the organizations to plan and manage the contract business objectives.
Establish, maintain and provide guidance to the contract management processes and tools with emphasis in governance, change management, deliverables, issues, risk mitigation and client satisfaction.
Interfaces with client and IBM business units to provide guidance to contract terms and conditions.
Manage and assess contract business performance and ensure compliance and audit readiness.
Works with the organizations to manage and meet the contract business objectives.
Perform proposal Quality Assurance reviews.
Participate with Business Units with innovation and strategic planning.
Performs other duties as assigned

Strong verbal and written communications skills
Must be experienced with Project Management methodologies, compliance and strategic planning
Prior Project Management, Contract Management and Public-Sector experience
Previous Healthcare experience
Nice to have two (2) years of experience to be CA-MMIS experience. Proficiency with Data entry and validations.
