MQ #1 – Minimum of five (5) years’ FTE experience developing and managing project schedules using MS Project Plan 5 or earlier on a large-scale and complex enterprise technology project(s).
MQ #2 – Minimum of five (5) years’ experience managing project schedules using industry best practices and standards (e.g., Project Management Body of Knowledge and California Project Management Methodologies) on a large-scale and complex enterprise technology project(s).
MQ #3 – Minimum of five (5) years’ experience using structured change management methodologies for schedule changes on a large-scale and complex enterprise technology project(s).
MQ #4 – Minimum of five (5) years’ experience gathering data for schedule development, refinement, or ongoing updates from two (2) or more stakeholders on a large-scale and complex enterprise technology project(s).
