research firm, headquartered in Wilmington, DE.
Founded in 1996, and now an independently –operating subsidiary of
Anthem, Inc., Healthcore/NERI provides care system, biopharmaceutical industry,
academia, and the Federal Government with “real-world” data to improve the
quality, safety, and affordability of healthcare. Healthcore’s projects range from retrospective
to large scale, prospective studies in the areas of drug, vaccine , and medical
devices safety surveillance, risk management, pharmacoepidmeology, health

epidemiology, and state of the art media and dissemination research.Research Data Manager SeniorEssential duties and responsibilities include
the following (other duties may be assigned).
Designs data
management plan components including study summary/data flow diagrams,
timelines, critical variables list, and data review procedures.
Develops complex
case report forms (CFs), complex validations and data collection processes
Interfaces with
the study team to ensure that data reporting needs are scheduled and addressed.
Coordinates input
from project statistician to ensure that Statistical Analysis Plan (SAP)
requirements are met.
Tracks problems
to resolution.
Actively
contributes to the review of working practices and data management SOPs
Trains site staff
on data management systems and processes.
Assists in the
development of training and procedures manuals.
Qualifications Qualifications
Bachelor’s
degree (BA/BS) in Social or Biological Sciences, computer science or related
field.
Two or
more years of directly related clinical data management experience and/or
training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Role Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge
of electronic data management systems and proficiency with Microsoft Office
applications required.
Proficient
with data manager skills including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Query Resolution
and Data Quality Control (QC).
Ability
to create queries in SQL is a plus.
Strong
verbal and written communication skills; knowledge of statistical software such
as SAS is helpful.
