Infinite Solutions Inc. is looking for a qualified individual to fill the role of a

Senior Enterprise Architect.

Mandatory Qualifications:
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience as a Lead Enterprise Architect, including business requirement gathering, definition, and analysis.
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience developing and documenting EA artifacts, including conceptualization and/or modeling data.
  • Must hold, and maintain as valid for the contract period, certification from The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF), or similar EA framework.
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience communicating with business subject matter experts (SMEs) to obtain and analyze information and requirements.
  • Experience using CEAF 2.0 and Federal Enterprise Architecture (FEA) frameworks.
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience as an Enterprise Architect working with the State of California, or other government agency.
  • Hold a current Project Management Institute Project Management Professional (PMI-PMP) certification. Certificate must be maintained as valid for the contract period.
  • Hold a current Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Certificate must be maintained as valid for the contract period.
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience with FEA frameworks.
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience with FEA Data Reference Models (DRM).
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in one or more project management disciplines, such as communications, schedule, risk, resources, scope, etc
  • Experience developing As-Is and To Be Frameworks, and/or supporting documentation.
  • More than two (2) years of experience in one or more project management disciplines, such as communications, schedule, risk, resources, scope, etc.
  • Experience assessing and/or implementing IT/Enterprise Architecture roadmap components within large government agencies or commercial entities.
  • Experience implementing organizational change or performance management within large government agencies or commercial entities.
  • Experience establishing architecture governance within large government agencies or commercial entities.
  • Experience providing coaching/mentoring, training, leadership development, or related activities.
  • Experience providing effective meeting facilitation for senior managers and/or executives, conducting interviews, environmental assessments, and/or data collection and analysis.
  • Hold a current Project Management Institute Project Management Professional (PMI-PMP) certification. Certificate must be maintained as valid for the contract period.
  • Hold a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner certification, or comparable change management certification. Certificate must be maintained as valid for the contract period.
