Assistant Store Manger/Manager in Training
We are looking for an assistant manager with the energy and enthusiasm to lead a team in a high volume, fast paced combo store. This will be also be a chance to receive training to become a store manger, and will turn into an opportunity for the right individual to run his or her own store. Some management or supervisor experience in the food industry is REQUIRED. Must be a natural leader and a quick learner.

⢠Energy: We are a very high volume store so being able to move quickly and multi task is part of the job
⢠Customer Focus: Take pride in getting to know our customers and providing an outstanding customer experience.
⢠Involved: Willing to jump in alongside his/her team with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
⢠Business Sense: knowledge of P&Ls, strategies for keeping costs under control, and a general understanding of the different ways a restaurant can increase sales would be preferred but not required.
What we require:
⢠Minimum of 2 years in restaurant or related industry; must have some management or supervisor experience.
⢠Proven job stability.
⢠Clean background.
Open availability strongly preferred
