Popular upscale Sacramento restaurant is looking for Banquet Sous Chef and full time and part time line cooks.
Sous Chef candidates should bring a creative perspective to food preperation; assisting the chef with menu development and the proper training of kitchen staff . Must be knowlegable in food costing and sanitation. Sous Chef to have a Managers Serve Safe card. Prior Sous Chef experience a plus.
Best line cook and banquet cook candidates will have lunch and dinner experience. The cook position require at least 2 years experience in a busy kitchen. Saute, grill and pantry experience required. 32 - 40 hours per week.
Position requires excellent references.
