Burger Lounge is accepting applications for General Manager for our downtown Sacramento restaurant.
We are located at 405 K Street #230, Sacramento, CA 98514.
Our General Managers are the CEOs of their restaurant. They balance consistently being a motivator and positive leader in the organization with administrative responsibilities such as ordering, scheduling, payroll, inventory, hiring, P&L, etc. Restaurants are in the DNA of our General Managers.
At Burger Lounge, our "guest first" philosophy, premium quality products and environmentally responsible approach represent the future of the fast-casual market sector. As we grow, we continue to seek partners with like-minded ideas. We currently operate 25 locations!
Ideal candidates will meet the following requirements:
⢠5 or more years of recent hands-on restaurant management experience in a high-volume location ($2Million + in sales)
⢠Experience with quick service or fast casual restaurant a plus
⢠Leadership skills that focus on serving quality food and building an amazing customer service experience
⢠Strong organizational abilities and time-management
⢠Above average computer skills (we use Outlook, ADP, Cornerstone, CTUIT, HotSchedules and Aloha).
Our GMs earn competitive hourly pay of $25 - $27 ($66k - $72k) plus bonus potential. Your work-life balance is important to us; you won't work 70 to 80-hour work weeks with us like in other restaurant GM positions. For the right person, this position has the potential for promotion to a multi-unit role as our company expands.
