We?re looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Dining Room Manager, with the desire and skill to train talented and young staff. The Dining Room Manager ensures the smooth operation of the dining rooms, and directly, supervises, and coordinates staff during meal service. They oversee and address resident needs and concerns immediately. This position is perfect for an individual who has experience with hands-on management in a dining setting.We are looking for an individual with a minimum of one year of experience as a dining room manager or fast paced- fine dining supervisor. The position is full-time with benefits, and compensation will be commensurate with experience. We offer competitive wages and excellent benefits to those who qualify. EOESupervise the daily operation of 2 dining rooms Ensure quality service to our residents through hands-on training of front-line staff.Knowledgeable of and willing to fill any position.As part of the management team, maintain all normal office procedures, using standard computer programs.Present a polished, professional image in person and in writing to our residents.Be on the floor during meals assisting your staff, hosting, and training.Ensure closing procedures are completed in the dining rooms and kitchens.Must have a minimum of one year of wait experience, preferably in a high quality, fine dining environment.Must have a minimum of one year as a supervisor or manager.Must be proficient in basic wine knowledge and presentation.Must be proficient in basic office procedures and computer software.
