A Hospitality Professional provides world renown extraordinary service to our guests. This position is essential to the restaurant in having a positive influence on all who comes into contact with Chick-fil-A. Hospitality Professionals provides unforgettable hospitality within the four walls of our restaurant and even beyond through our Drive-Thru.

Requirements:

Must be available to work Monday through Saturday, open to close (Must be 18 years of age)

Must be a person of integrity, service, team work, and excellence while having a positive influence on others around you.

Must be committed to Chick-fil-A's Raving Fan strategy:creating guests that come more often, pay full price, tell us and others about their great experience. We do not require restaurant experience as a pre-requisite for consideration for employment. However, highly-qualified candidates to join our Chick-fil-A Team must possess, among many others, the following traits to be competitive in our selection process:

Duties and Responsibilities:

●Exhibit professionalism in every situation

●Ability to multi-task with a self-motivated positive attitude with a sense of urgency in a fast paced environment

●Serves guests and fellow team members with honor, dignity and respect.

●Ability to respond well to leadership/authority and coaching.

●Must love to smile & connect with people, make eye contact & speak enthusiastically

●Package food and beverage items, checking for product quality and consistency●Maintains cleanliness and organization in all areas of the restaurant

●Prepare food orders for in-store and catering orders

●Display a desire to grow and continually improve

●Suggest ways to improve processes and reduce waste in the restaurant

●Assist leadership in executing opening or closing procedures

●Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to standing for up to 8 hours and lifting up to 50 lbs.

●Model and support clear communications between the front and kitchen staff

●Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items, staying well informed about current promotions

●Makes working hard and delivering high standards look easy and effortless, enabling others to be efficient and effortless as well

●Has strong emotional intelligence and self-control

●Enjoys the work and creates a fun atmosphere while also being mature and professional.

●Must be punctual, show up on time, and arrange for covers when unable to work scheduled shift.

●Must be neat, professional, and willing to follow appearance requirements.

Addendums

This will be an area of responsibility within the business assigned to each Hospitality Professional based upon their skills, passions and the needs of the store.

Each Hospitality Professional will also be assigned a physical area of the store for deep cleaning on a regularly scheduled basis.
