Seeking an experienced and dependable line cook to join our culinary team. Responsibilities for this position include food preparation, quality control, station inventory, as well as execution of dinner service in a high volume restaurant without compromising quality. This position requires an individual who is motivated, driven, and capable of working efficiently and cleanly in a high stress environment. Qualifications:

- 3+ years fine dining restaurant experience

- Available to work Mondays through Saturday 2pm-close

- Understanding of food preparations and usage of kitchen equipment (grill, french top, combination oven, cvaps, chamber vacuum, immersion circulators, etc) - Ability to take direction from the executive chef and sous chef

- Ability to work as a team with the rest of the hot line

- Maintain professionalism in an open kitchen

- Thorough understanding of health and sanitation laws

- Food handler's certification required. Compensation DOE
