Line Cook Wanted
Must have restaurant experience cooking food and cooking on the line -Dependable/Reliable/Good work ethic
SERVSAFE CERTIFIED OR HAVE FOOD HANDLERS CARD PRIOR TO STARTING
Fast-paced work ethic - Capable of following directions -Ability to learn quickly cooking processes -
Must be 21+ We are a full service bar
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Have Food Safety Certification
-Prepare hot and cold foods, sandwiches, burgers, wraps, salads, fried foods
-Cleaning includes: dishes, equipment, and floors, emptying garbage and other minor various cleaning duties as assigned.
-Prep food for following shift.
-Ability to execute recipes from start to finish with little guidance
-Must be able to cook breakfast
-Adequate knife skills
-Knowledge of all kitchen equipment, small or large scale
-Ability to maintain a clean and organized station in high stress situations
-Able to work nights and weekends
-Reliable transportation
-On-time and reliable
$12 an hour + TIPS
