CURRENTLY HIRING FOR THESE POSITIONS:

LINE COOK

Experience preferred but will train individuals willing to work hard and follow instruction. Must be able

to perform the functions of this position which include but not limited to:

 Function on a cooking line

 Ability to read tickets

 Produce restaurant's recipes on the line

 Plate and present food as specified consistently, quick and in an orderly fashion

PANTRY CHEF

Experience preferred but will train individuals willing to work hard and follow instruction.

SEVER - Lunch Shift

Our servers are responsible for positive guest experiences while taking the orders from guests in a

friendly and efficient manner. At least two year's experience in the hospitality and restaurant industry,

is preferred, however, we are willing to train hard-working individuals. Our servers must be able to

learn and demonstrate knowledge of the menu and specials, and effectively communicate with the

patron. Candidates must be able to perform the functions of this position which include but not limited

to:

 Engage guests and provide excellent customer service

 Take food and beverage orders directly from guests

 Check identification of guests to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol

 Handle an assigned house bank and follow all cash handling procedures. Collect payment for

drinks served and balance all receipts. Possess basic math skills

 Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of food and beverage products, menus and promotions

 Maintain a clean working area and personal cleanliness

 Work as team player

 Must be willing and able to perform the functions of hostess and busser

 Be able to communicate and understand English
