WoodSpring Suites Sacramento is seeking to fill a Part- Time Property Attendant I Day Maintenance
Summary:
Reports to the Property Manager, and is responsible for general maintenance of the hotel including but not limited to:
General landscaping
Picking up trash / debris throughout the property
Cleaning of Public Spaces throughout property
Light Maintenance Duties These duties include shampooing carpets, light electrical work (changing an outlet or wall switch), light plumbing (plunging toilets, snaking toilets, garbage disposals, unclogging sinks, etc), studio preventive maintenance programs, preventive pesticide treatments, janitorial work, parking lot upkeep, and any other duties as assigned.
Light Laundry Duties These duties include washing, drying, and folding of company linen and maintaining the property and guest laundry facilities.
Light Housekeeping Duties These duties include performing the check-out cleans when guests exit their rooms.
Nightly Operations of the the front desk including: reservations, renewals, check-outs, and check-ins.
The ideal candidate will:
Be a self-starter and willing and able to learn
Enjoy pleasing a community of residents
One-year experience in hotel or apartment operations preferred
Demonstrate sound cleaning practices with high level of quality
Pass drug test, Clean Criminal Record, Requires background check (including credit)
Compensation Package:
The maintenance position is a parttime position, 24 hrs a week.
Rate of pay will be $15 per hour.
