HCA stands for Home Care Aide and it is required for caregivers who work for a private home care company like ours.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- must be able to pass a drug test
- must be able to pass a background check
- reliable transportation
- valid driver's license
- car insurance
- negative TB test
- must be able to lift 50 pounds
- must be able to stand for several hours if client requires
- must be able to provide 3 professional references
