Hello,
I am looking for a capable caregiver for my wheelchair-bound 92 year old grandmother.
Duties include:
-Assistance with activities of daily living (including medication administration, bathing, dressing, transfers, etc.)
-Meal and medication preparation and administration through a feeding tube (We can train you)
-Light housekeeping
-Documentation in electronic medication administration record and writing weekly narratives
Experience: 1-5 years homecare caregiving as described above.
Location: Davis, CA (Required)
Language: English (Required) and Conversational Mandarin Chinese (a plus)
Work authorization:
United States resident/citizenship (Required)
Candidates considered for this position will:
-be at least 18 years of age
-pass a Yolo county criminal background check and pass a drug screening
-work independently with little or no supervision
Provide past work experience references
Job Type: 24 hour shift. 2 to 5 shifts per week. Live in optional
Compensation: Based on experience and references
Compensation includes:
-room and board (rent, utilities, food)
-WIFI, Comcast cable
-Payment per shift
This is a great set-up for someone who wants a work-live arrangement. You can live in our home full time and work a few days a week or full time as a caretaker. Or you can just come to our home to work a few days a week or fulltime as the caretaker. Shifts are 24 hours.
