Seeking candidates for medical front desk/receptionist position in the Arden-Arcade area. Qualified candidates will have previous front desk/admin experience in a medical setting in their most recent position with at least 1-2 years of experience. Being an M.A. is plus. Position pays $16 an hour and client is looking to interview immediately. Candidate must be ready to hit the ground running with authorizations, referrals, and handling eligibility information. This front desk position includes the following responsibilities:- Greeting and checking in Patients- Scheduling appointments in person and via phone with other offices/ patients directly- Verifying Insurance/ Authorization calls- Assisting with Billing follow up- Assistance with authorizations/processing referrals, etc. If interested, please send your resume to abarber@aerotek.com for consideration.
