The Job Position:
We are a well established Private dental office embarking on a brand new business model where we invite people to come into our new office and through digital technology do a FREE scan for a Smile Analysis to show the patients what their smile could look like through the use of our different restorative methods and explore their options for treatment. Your position as a Smile Agent will be to educate patients on the different options available for treatment and then present the different financial options.
A smile is so much more than just a facial expression we see a smile as a powerful gesture that feeds the soul of an individual and others around them.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Invite and welcome shoppers to come in for a FREE Smile Analysis into our store
Using proper guidelines perform a professional scanning while making the patient feel comfortable and at
ease with the process (We will train you on the scanning procedure)
Promote and maintain high-level customer service with patients and team members.
Promote and sell products to each potential patients.
Maintain store's inventory and implement proper policies and procedures.
Maintain general upkeep and cleanliness of the store.
Coordinate in store events as appropriate.
Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Outstanding customer service ability with at least 1+ year experience in a face to face or phone environment.
Strong customer service and communication skills, bilingual in Spanish or other languages is a plus.
Ability to function in a fast-paced business.
Available to work weekends, evenings and Holidays.
Technology & Social Media skills are a big plus.
