I have a gutter cleaning business and have more work than I can handle. I'm looking for a dependable guy or company with his own truck and equipment who can take on more work which is mostly two story homes. I receive 2-5 calls per day from people that I cannot service. When it's raining it's 5-10 calls per day. I would refer these customers to you and you would speak with them, set your price, and schedule an appointment. After you get paid you pay me 1/3rd of the job and the customer is yours moving forward. 80% of my customers have their gutters cleaned on a repeat basis each year. That means next year every customer I refer to you is yours 100%. If you offer window cleaning you can upsell them on that also. I will have window cleaning leads in the spring. You must have gutter cleaning experience and be comfortable on a two story roof. You must also be willing to get licensed and insured as most of my customers come from Yelp and expect a professional to service their home.
