Job Summary: Performs routine duties in cleaning and servicing of Villa rooms, bathrooms, locker rooms and public areas under the supervision of the housekeeping supervisor. Promotes a positive image of the property to guests by being courteous, pleasant and responsive to questions and requests.

Essential Functions:
Cleans Villa guest rooms to include making the beds, cleaning the bathroom, vacuuming and other tasks as needed.
Cleans banquet rooms in preparation for events.
Performs rotational cleaning duties (e.g. steam clean carpets, spring cleaning, super cleaning etc).
Responsible for the cleanliness and stocking of supplies of public areas to include bathrooms and locker rooms.
Attends to guest calls, guest requests or complaints in the area assigned.
Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Skills:
Able to follow instructions.
Able to work with minimal supervision.
Minimum Experience:
Some housekeeping experience preferred.
Physical requirements:
Frequently lifts and carries up to 20 pounds (i.e. vacuum cleaner).
Pushes and/or pulls cleaning cart up to 40 pounds.
Moves objects from one floor to another.
Frequently bends/stoops, climbs stairs, kneels, balances, reaches above shoulder height, walks and twists.
Other:
Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.
