Property Porter - Part Time*Key responsibilities*> Maintain both interior and exterior grounds of the property to company standards> Maintain community appearance by regularly inspecting and touring the property.Â> Report any concerns or hazardous conditions immediately and other needed repairs/maintenance to the Maintenance Supervisor or Community Manager.> Operate powered equipment using proper safety equipment and procedures> Shovel snow from walkways, driveways, parking lots or other locations of the property.
