We are a small company that does ground mounted solar structures mostly residential. Our work incorporates most fields of construction and you will get a chance to do a bit of everything. Only experience required is a basic knowledge of safety around tools and good work ethic. Starting pay is $15 with a lot of room to grow as you learn how the company operates. If you are a more experienced craftsman of any form we can negotiate a wage but I’m not looking to go much higher than $20 upon initial employment. Electrical trainee card is a bonus. If your interested in getting a et card we can help you get on the right path. Must be able to work well with others over long periods of time. You’ll get to know your coworkers fairly well. Willing to work with anyone who works hard effectively.
