We are currently seeking an Administrative/Dispatcher/Scheduler for our Tire Recycling company in West Sacramento. This position requires strong organizational and customer service skills. Knowledge of the trucking industry is a plus, but can train. Candidates must be able to work in a high energy, fast paced environment. Verbally communicate in a professional manner at all times. (Personal cell phone use is only allowed on breaks and lunches.)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Appointment setting/Calendar/Dispatching jobs are received via email, and phone calls.
Assist in tracking Fleet Equipment, Daily communication with Drivers( Class C & Class A ), (will train)
Filing/ Copying/ Daily Date Entry / Quick Books ( Work Orders) / MS Office and Word
Answering high volume incoming calls and responding to emails.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum High School education or GED equivalent
Dispatching experience referred but will train
Typing - 45wpm
Strong multitasking skills
Solid computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office Word/Excel.
Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
Excellent verbal, written and telephone skills
Customer service/Office environment experience
Regular and reliable attendance
Must be willing to work a flexible shift.
Position is to fill an employee on leave, but will stay a permanent position when employee returns
Hours: (Monday - Friday) 7:30 am to 4:00 pm (40 Hours Week )
Hours could change within a period of a few months
