Hours: Part-Time Monday-Friday 9:00 am - 1:00 pm

The Fitness Technology, Training, and Education Company for Smart Health and Physical Education. We have an immediate opening for an administrative assistant. Our company offers flexible hours and time off requests. Heart Zones offers a fast paced, team-oriented environment with steady employment. The right candidate for this position needs to be reliable, honest, hardworking, and a self-starter. The candidate needs to be a person who lives a healthy lifestyle of fitness, be a non-smoker, and a healthy eater.

This is an entry level position, so we encourage those who have little or no administrative experience to apply. We will train the right candidate. You must have strong customer service skills and be very comfortable with answering a high volume of phone calls and prepping shipments to our customers. This position will have a 60-day probationary period.

Basic duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Providing excellent customer service to new and existing clients

- Data entry of customer orders

- Accounts Receivable: Process customer payments

- Other duties including emailing, faxing, mailing, and filing

- Special projects as needed

Requirements:

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook

-Minimum two years of office work experience

-Attention to detail and ability to multitask

-Excellent follow through skills and accountability

-Proficiency with verbal and written communication skills

-MUST LIVE a healthy life-style of fitness, healthy eating, and non-smoking
