We are currently seeking an experienced Dispatcher/Scheduler/Admin for an Environmental Testing company in Roseville. This position requires strong organizational and customer service skills. Knowledge of the Bay Area is a plus. Candidates must be able to work in a high energy, fast paced environment. Verbally communicate in a professional manner at all times.
COMPENSATION: $15-$20 DOE
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Appointment setting/Calendar/Dispatching – jobs are received via email, text and phone calls.
Assist in tracking and sending out lab results and creating reports from templates (will train)
Filing/ Copying/ Scanning/ Faxing
Answering incoming calls and responding to emails.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum High School education or GED equivalent
Dispatching experience a plus
Typing - 45wpm (certificate required)
Strong multitasking skills
Solid computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office Word/Excel.
Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
Excellent verbal, written and telephone skills
Customer service/Office environment experience
Regular and reliable attendance
Must pass background check/Drug testing
