Health and Wellness Center looking for a part time front office assistant. The position is part time 4 days a week.

We are a warm and welcoming office that is looking to hire a front desk person who is excited to help people on their healing journey!

Since you would be the first contact for patients, we would like you to have an enthusiastic interest in alternative health.

The office has a very fast pace and will need to be able to multitask and prioritize projects as practitioners see patients.

Experience:

Customer service experience necessary.

Experience working in a wellness, chiropractic or integrative medical office would be helpful.

Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in software systems including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and databases is required.)

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Patient management and customer service

Front office work (scheduling, phones, data entry)

Administrative (posting payments, managing A/R, collections)

General office duties (any administrative tasks that arise in keeping the office running smoothly)

Inventory (ordering and maintaining office and nutritional inventory)

Clinical assistance (prep supplies for practitioners and perform detox foot baths)

The position will be between 25-30 hours a week. The shifts will be full day with a lunch break. No later then 6:30pm. Training will have to be on a few Saturdays and the shifts will be Monday through Friday once trained enough to handle front desk activities.
