We are growing and are looking to add an administrative assistant to our team.
Duties and responsibilities
Support a team of real estate agents in a fast paced environment with various tasks listed below but not limited to:
â¢Organize and schedule appointments, home inspections, home tours
â¢Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms
â¢Assist in the preparation of reports
â¢Develop and maintain a filing system
â¢Update and maintain office policies and procedures
â¢Marketing
â¢Data entry
â¢Act as the point of contact for clients
â¢Write offers and other contractual forms, send for electronic signature and submit
â¢Upload and manage property listings
Qualifications
â¢Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
â¢Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
â¢Working knowledge of office equipment such as printers and fax machines
â¢Competency of Microsoft Office applications
â¢Typing speed of 40+ wpm
â¢Excellent time management/organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work
â¢Ability to problem solve and willingness to learn
â¢Attention to detail and problem solving skills
â¢Must possess excellent spelling and grammar skills
â¢Excellent written and verbal communication skills
â¢Marketing experience or creative/artistic mindset preferred
â¢Real estate experience is required in any of the following or similar: transaction coordinate, escrow officer, loan processor, admin assistant for realtor/broker/team
â¢Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
â¢High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
