We are growing and are looking to add an administrative assistant to our team.

Duties and responsibilities

Support a team of real estate agents in a fast paced environment with various tasks listed below but not limited to:

•Organize and schedule appointments, home inspections, home tours

•Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms

•Assist in the preparation of reports

•Develop and maintain a filing system

•Update and maintain office policies and procedures

•Marketing

•Data entry

•Act as the point of contact for clients

•Write offers and other contractual forms, send for electronic signature and submit

•Upload and manage property listings

Qualifications

•Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant

•Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

•Working knowledge of office equipment such as printers and fax machines

•Competency of Microsoft Office applications

•Typing speed of 40+ wpm

•Excellent time management/organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work

•Ability to problem solve and willingness to learn

•Attention to detail and problem solving skills

•Must possess excellent spelling and grammar skills

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills

•Marketing experience or creative/artistic mindset preferred

•Real estate experience is required in any of the following or similar: transaction coordinate, escrow officer, loan processor, admin assistant for realtor/broker/team

•Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

•High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
