First Pointe Management Group (FPMG) specializes in acquiring and developing distinctive properties. Our in-house training department educates our new employees from the very beginning of their journey and ongoing with both in-person and web-based training allowing us to develop the most talented associates in the industry.

What You’ll Do:

As a Property Manager-Rover for our Sacramento portfolio, you will help cover for vacations, leave of absences and assist when we need additional help at various sites. Will also need to assist in the Bay Area as needed. We will pay your travel time and mileage!

What we’re looking for:

Prior experience as a Property Manager Rover with properties that are over 100 units in size

Prior supervision experience with a team of 3-7 employees

Tech: MS Office, Yardi, Yieldstar, Rent Café, and CRM.

Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Ability to work weekends and a flexible schedule during the weekday

Knowledge and formal training of Fair Housing Rules and Regulations

This position requires excellent organizational and managerial skills

Possess a high level of professionalism, the ability to communicate (both written and verbal) and strong work ethics

The salary range for this position is $33-35 per hour. Other compensation includes but is not limited to leasing and renewal commissions and mileage reimbursement. The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
