Position Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned Sales Manager with expertise in investor relations and capital fundraising. This individual will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential investors, selling shares in our expanding restaurant group, and building strong relationships with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a persuasive communicator with a strong network and a passion for the restaurant and hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to raise capital through the sale of shares, aimed at funding restaurant development and expansion.

- Identify, target, and engage potential investors, including individuals, private equity firms, and venture capitalists.

- Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective investors, ensuring clear communication and ongoing engagement.

- Present investment opportunities to potential investors, including financial projections, business strategies, and growth potential of our restaurant group.

- Collaborate with the executive team to create persuasive pitch decks, presentations, and other investor materials.

- Manage the entire sales process, from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closing.

- Provide regular updates on fundraising progress, market trends, and investor feedback to the leadership team.

- Attend networking events, investor conferences, and industry forums to build connections and enhance our visibility within the investor community.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in sales, investor relations, or capital fundraising, preferably within the restaurant, hospitality, or real estate development sectors.

- Proven track record of successfully raising capital and closing investment deals.

- Strong network of high-net-worth individuals, investors, and financial institutions.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information in a clear and compelling manner.

- Knowledge of financial modeling, projections, and investor requirements.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a focus on results.

- Proficiency in CRM software and investor management tools.
