Senior Web Developer - PHP/Javascript
Sacramento, CA
Join our small, highly-skilled team of engineers tasked with developing and maintaining our real estate focused web applications. We use modern development platforms including React/Redux and Laravel, and work primarily with Javascript, PHP, and MySQL. This is a full-time, on-site, exempt, salaried position with health / dental benefits and 401K with matching.

Responsibilities:
- Develop applications written primarily in PHP / Javascript
- Work with customer service to troubleshoot and resolve product issues
- Assist with code and database optimization
- Assist with UI optimization for both mobile and web
- Assist with product testing and deployment
- Contribute to code documentation
- Collaborate with other team members in product design
- Learn new technologies introduced to the product platform
Requirements:
- Formal education in Computer Science or similar
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- At least 5 years of professional experience developing web applications
- Advanced knowledge of Javascript and/or PHP
- Demonstrate knowledge of best practice software design patterns
- Solid technical understanding of HTML and CSS
- Experience with common front end development frameworks such as Bootstrap, Foundation, or similar
- Experience with common backend MVC frameworks such as Laravel, Simphony, CakePHP, or similar
- Experience with version control systems such as Git or CVS
- Must be able to work on-site during normal business hours
- Must be able to work after hours as needed to meet company deadlines
Compensation:
- Compensation will be a starting annual salary of $80,000 per year
- Annual, salary increase based on performance and cost of living.
- Medical/dental benefits (90 day waiting period) through Kaiser / Delta Dental
- Paid Time Off (PTO): 13 days/yr (1 month waiting period); Paid Holiday 9 days/yr (1 month waiting period)
