We are looking to add another qualified massage therapist to our business. Our ideal candidate will be results driven. While we sometimes have clients who come in for a relaxing massage, most clients come in with specific pain and are searching for relief. Ability to give a good deep tissue massage is required. A therapist who provides prenatal is preferred. We also offer mobile massage services to clients as well so ability to travel is a must, if you don't have a massage chair and table we will make sure that you do.
We are still a very small business but we are growing fast and we are busy. It is imperative that if you are employed by us that you are happy. Clear communication is critical to thrive in this business. We do not micromanage so it's important to us that you are on top of your game solely because you care about your clients. You will have access to your schedule at all times of the day and have direct contact with your clients. Our clients schedule online and you get email updates as soon as they do. Our goal is to stand out from other massage businesses by treating our employees better than anyone else. If you're happy it will show in the way that you interact with your clients.
Starting pay is $15 hour for total hours worked or $30 per massage hour. Whichever totals out to more at the end of the week.
