Our safe cozy Suite is located in the same parking lot as The Old Spaghetti Factory inside the single story Fallcreek Office Park/Lighthouse Wellness building, which has plenty of parking. We like to call ourselves, Well-being Associates, which has two of our largest private rooms w/windows "approx 161sq ft and 118 sq ft" out of five, available beginning Sept 1, 20. Our lobby in our suite can accommodate six people comfortably. You will have access to our kitchenette, full size refrigerator, microwave, cabinets and sink. Restrooms are a few steps outside our Suite. Our studio is quaint/not fancy which allows for a more affordable month-to-month lease contract. This will be perfect for someone who has a clientele base already and one who has been overpaying in this difficult economy trying to stay afloat. We operate "by appointment-only", therefore no unannounced walk-in's are welcome. We are all skilled, experienced and professional body-workers here and are respectful of everyone's space and expect the same consideration of our new tenants'. Only ethical and honest professional's will be considered. Subletting is permitted with consent.

The pics shown above are of the previous tenants rooms so you could get an idea of the size of the rooms, however it doesn't do the rooms justice. The first two pics are of the same room/different angles and the last four pics show a few angles of the larger room. The items shown in the rooms will be cleared out for new tenants.
All applicant's must provide required licenses and proof of liability insurance. Massage Therapists must provide current CAMTC and/or City of Rsvl permit and business license.
We take the health and safety of ourselves and our clients very seriously. We and our clients are required to wear a mask while in our suite throughout the duration of the mandate's requirement. Currently, per the July 13th Placer Statewide Public Health Officer Order, we, being in Placer County, are not permitted to provide Personal Care Services indoors at this time until further notice.
