Hello,

Small software company is looking for someone to work in our Technical Support Call Center. Full-time, M-F day position that is all telephone/internet based with our clients. Duties range from supporting a suite of products, product installation and training, troubleshooting reported issues, maintaining a record of all activity in our CRM, and helping clients that are either unhappy or just having a hard-time understanding what they need to do.

Qualities that we are after: Smart, empathetic, detail-oriented, well-spoken, solid grammar, and a good phone voice. Ability to take a thoughtful approach to challenges encountered and strives to give the best client experience.

Qualifications that we are after: Experience managing IT ticketing systems, supporting Microsoft and Apple operating systems, must have excellent communication skills, analytical skills, and be detail oriented, ability to effectively collaborate with a wide range of team members is required. Overall, a functional technical knowledge to support those less technically inclined in a meaningful and positive way.
