ATV Video Center is hiring an Event Producer.
Primary Responsibilites:
Assess the Audio/Video/Lighting/Staging needs for our clients events
Book the equipment needed for each job (via our in-house rental department)
Book Audio/Video Operators and other Staff if necessary
Manage event production (on-location),
Invoice clients and collect payments.
Secondary responsibilities:
Pursue new-client leads
Respond to incoming inquiries from potential new clients.
We have a vast rental department with the ability to field the needs of many clients, simultaneously, throughout the Northern California region. We are looking for an event producer that is hungry to not only optimize the potential of our rental house, but also someone who is a growth-oriented, self-starter looking to maximize their time and energy in the event production industry.
Some of our clients include: CAL PERS, CA Highway Patrol, UC Davis, UC Davis Med Center, Juniper Networks, Zenga, CA Franchise Tax Board, and many more.
Please note that this is NOT A FILM INDUSTRY JOB, although experience in broadcasting is a huge advantage for any applicant.
All candidates with experience in the event industry and/or audio/video production will be considered for interviews. An ideal candidate is someone with experience producing live events, with a background in audio/video production, and who has an existing clientele.
We offer competitive compensation packages based on experience. We pay hourly + Day Rates. We are willing to pay top dollar for top talent.
