Currently Looking to Hire a Full Time Commercial Electrical Foreman to replace a longtime employee who is retiring after 19 years of service.
We have been in continuous operation for 29 years in the Sacramento region and many employees have been here well in excess of 10 years.
We Have Projects in greater Sacramento Area only, no Bay Area travel.
Required Qualifications:
* Must Have Current certification or an ET card and in the process of testing
* Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
* Must have Experience with all aspects of Commercial Wiring
*Must Be Familiar with the latest in Commercial Lighting and Lighting Control Systems
* The habit of being dependable, trustworthy and leading your crew by example.
* The habit of being comfortable in making decisions for oneself and operating without heavy oversight from the office.
* Ability to utilize the available time to organize and complete work within given deadlines with or without overtime.
* Ability to communicate in writing clearly and concisely and communicate effectively with others using the spoken word.
* Report regularly to Project Manager and generate typical foreman required documentation.
* Must be comfortable leading a crew of up to 6 people of varying skill levels.
*Must be comfortable being our representative at progress meetings and interactions with inspectors.

*$1,200.00 signing bonus paid after 90 days dispersed over 60 days

Job Type: Full-Time with pay scale between $35 and $40 per hour depending on what you bring to the table.
